The house

Casa Ferruccio is a completely renovated country house, surrounded by Pesaro hills and near the sea, easily accessible in 10 minutes.

The house is situated a few kilometers from Urbino, home of the Italian Renaissance and birthplace of the famous painter Raffaello Sanzio. Pesaro, city of the musician Gioachino Rossini, offers entertainment for all ages and, furthermore, our province can count more than 30 ancient villages.

The accommodation

The house consists of: entrance; 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; dining room and living room; well equipped kitchen; terrace and two verandas.

All the space has been created thinking about guests, to make sure that everyone who lives there feels like at home.

The house is surrounded by a green space where we settled an organic fruit and vegetable cultivation. There is plenty of space for children and for dinners under the stars with family and friends.

Your pets will be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces, so I kindly ask you not to take them indoors.

Guest Access

Guests can use the entire house, set on two floors. The large garden will allow them to enjoy the country air, to eat outdoor and to have a large parking space for cars.

You could also request additional services like:
° Bike rent for country tour
° Tennis lessons in the city club
° Horse riding school located a few meters from the house, from which it is possible to go horse riding

The tourist tax (€ 1.30 per person per night) is NOT included.
